Auto Boland in Waterford is seeking a Newly/Part Qualified Financial Accountant to support financial management across the group. The role focuses on accurate accounting, timely reporting, and partnering with management to drive profitability.

Based on-site in Waterford, you will oversee key accounting functions, prepare management accounts and budgets, and contribute to strategic financial decision-making within the growing automotive group.

Qualifications

• Newly/Part Qualified Accountant with strong commercial outlook.
• Experience in financial management in a commercial or multi-site environment.
• Ability to improve financial controls and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and management of group financial activities.
• Prepare periodic financial analysis and management reports.
• Collaborate with management and operational teams for daily operations.
• Oversee creditors, debtors, cash flow and reconciliations.
• Assist in monthly management accounts, budgets, forecasts and year-end processes.
• Maintain accurate financial records across dealer management systems.
• Provide financial insight to management and identify efficiencies.
