Job summary

Embecta seeks an Engineering Technician (Maintenance & Reliability) to maintain advanced automated manufacturing equipment in a high-regulation medical devices environment. You will execute preventive maintenance, support reliability initiatives, and collaborate with engineering teams to optimize maintenance plans and equipment uptime.

The role requires hands-on experience with mechanical, electrical, and automation systems, plus CMMS proficiency and strong teamwork in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in a manufacturing environment with automated equipment.
• Experience with CMMS platforms (SAP) for maintenance planning and work orders.
• Strong mechanical understanding with exposure to electrical/pneumatic automation.

Responsibilities

• Execute planned preventive maintenance on automated assembly and manufacturing equipment.
• Support reliability by identifying issues before production impact.
• Collaborate with Reliability Engineering and maintain maintenance plans in SAP CMMS.
