Job summary

CPL in Ireland is seeking a hands-on Production Technician to operate and optimise a fully automated Class III medical device production line. Qualifications

• Level 6 qualification in electrical/mechanical discipline or equivalent with relevant experience in automation/control settings.
• Hands-on troubleshooting and problem solving for automated production lines.
• Ability to support commissioning, maintenance and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Run and monitor a fully automated production line for a Class III Medical Device.
• Maintain machine performance and maximise uptime on the line.
• Assist with commissioning and validation of new equipment for high-volume production.
• Troubleshoot product defects and process issues; adjust equipment as required.
• Support safety, quality, and compliance targets and participate in improvements.
