The role requires a third-level degree in engineering/science/IT, 5+ years of leadership experience, and 8+ years in GMP manufacturing. You will manage budgets, develop roadmaps, and collaborate with global GET teams.

Qualifications

Essential third level degree in engineering, science or IT.
Minimum 5 years of leadership and delivery execution.
Minimum 8 years in pharma/GMP manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

Lead lifecycle management, governance, and continuous improvement of automation systems (Honeywell DeltaV/Siemens PLC/DeltaV).
Develop, manage, and control project budgets and CARs; drive long-range automation investments.
Own multi-year roadmaps for industrial automation; drive lifecycle sustainability and cybersecurity resilience.
Lead stakeholder engagement to ensure automation supports manufacturing, compliance, reliability.
Provide training and monitor department metrics/KPIs.
