Job summary

IT Search is assisting a client in Ireland to build a new SAP Centre of Excellence as part of a major S/4HANA transformation for CIÉ. We seek an experienced SAP Test Manager to help shape testing capabilities, lead SIT/UAT and drive a modern, automation-led testing strategy across the SAP landscape.

You'll influence technology decisions, establish best practices, and set standards for testing across multiple operating units.

Qualifications

• Experience leading SAP testing programmes and managing SAP test cycles.
• Proven ability to drive automation-led testing strategies across SAP landscapes.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and establish testing best practices.

Our client is embarking on a major S/4HANA transformation and is building a new SAP Centre of Excellence to support its operating companies across the Group.

We're looking for an experienced SAP Test Manager to join at a pivotal point in this journey.

This isn't simply a role managing testing. You'll have the opportunity to help build the testing capability from the ground up, shape best practice and play a key role in how SAP is delivered across CIÉ for years to come.

A Major Focus: Test Automation

There is an ambitious plan to move towards a modern, automation-led testing approach. You'll have the opportunity to introduce automation, improve testing efficiency, and establish a scalable framework across the SAP landscape.

You'll Bring

• Strong SAP testing and S/4HANA transformation experience
• Experience managing complex SIT, UAT, regression and integration testing
• Strong understanding of SAP landscapes, integrations and developments
• Proven experience with test automation and modern testing methodologies
• The ability to influence, build relationships and establish best practice
