NeoDyne is hiring an Automation Engineer to expand our Integration & Digital Manufacturing team in Cork. You will work on leading-edge automation projects for sectors like Life Sciences, Food & Beverage, and Energy, focusing on PLCs, HMI/SCADA, and data-driven improvements.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/CS/IS or related field.
3+ years automation engineering experience.
Knowledge of process instrumentation and wiring.
Experience with validated automation systems in pharma or food/beverage.
Full Irish driving licence.

Responsibilities

Join a team of digital manufacturing/automation engineers to deliver projects at customer sites.
Develop design documents, technical evaluations, and test plans for cGMP equipment per GAMP 5.
Design and code industrial process automation solutions on PLCs.
Produce I/O schedules and functional design specifications.
Design and configure HMI/SCADA interfaces.
Commission control systems in the field and perform testing.
Provide troubleshooting and support to engineering, manufacturing, and facilities.
