Job summary

Cohesity is seeking a hands-on Cyber Governance and Risk Senior Analyst to reshape governance and risk through automation in a fast-growing, AI-enabled environment. You will partner with control owners, drive continuous monitoring, and help scale the program with sophisticated GRC tooling and AI-assisted development.

Ideal candidates bring 4+ years in GRC, experience building automation, knowledge of SOC 2/ISO 27001/NIST CSF, and strong communication to translate risk to business stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in cybersecurity governance, risk, or compliance (GRC).
• Experience building automation in a GRC context — robotic process automation, scripting, or agentic workflows.

Responsibilities

• Support Security Governance program maintenance and Cyber Risk program activities.
• Identify governance and risk work that can move to continuous automated monitoring and build it.
• Measure control effectiveness against thresholds and surface drift.
• Codify control‑effectiveness logic with clear parameters for automation.
• Partner with control owners to deliver remediation and ensure evidence is trusted.
• Take findings through risk processes and populate Risk Register entries.
