Job summary

Bolands Waterford is seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join our busy sales team in Waterford City. You will support customers throughout every stage of their vehicle purchase, from enquiry to handover, delivering premium service and achieving sales targets.

You will present vehicles confidently, explain features, finance options and value-added products, and work with colleagues across sales, finance and service to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales, ideally within motor or high-value consumer environments.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and closing skills.
• Professional, confident and customer-focused approach.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer enquiries in a professional, timely and engaging manner.
• Build strong customer relationships and identify best vehicle options for each customer.
• Present vehicles confidently, including features, benefits, finance options and value-added products.
• Arrange and conduct test drives, appraisals and vehicle handovers to a high standard.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales objectives, profitability targets and customer satisfaction standards.
• Maintain accurate customer records and complete all sales paperwork efficiently.
• Keep up to date with manufacturer training, product knowledge, new models and developments in the motor industry.
• Work closely with colleagues across sales, finance, service and administration to deliver a seamless customer experience.
