Job summary

Qualifications

• A full degree in Social Care/Studies or an equivalent 3rd level qualification.
• CORU registration as a Social Care Worker or evidence of application in progress.
• Two years management experience leading a team.
• Knowledge of current social care legislation and regulations.
• Understanding of autism needs and rights.
• Ability to work on own initiative and coordinate service development.
• Fluent English with excellent communication skills.
• Valid Irish driving licence with ability to drive service vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate a team delivering social care services.

• Ensure person-centered support focusing on the individual.
• Deliver services in Bray per PCP and plans.
