Aurivo invites applications from talented finance graduates to join a structured Finance Graduate Programme starting in September 2025. The programme spans three and a half years with rotations across Agribusiness, Consumer Foods, Dairy Ingredients and Marts, exposing you to diverse finance operations.

Successful candidates will work with a high-performing team, applying strong Excel skills and collaboration across functions to progress Aurivo’s strategic plan and deliver results.

Formación

• Minimum of a 2:1 qualification or equivalent – attained or expected.
• Prepared to undertake professional accountancy examinations.
• Excellent Microsoft Excel skills and proficient in other MS Office applications.
• Communication Skills and Interpersonal Skills with a focus on Cross Functional Collaboration.

This is an ideal opportunity for ambitious graduates who wish to achieve more from their careers.

The successful candidates’ will have a strong drive to succeed & progress within the Organisation whilst contributing to the achievement of Aurivo’s strategic plan.

Over a three and a half year intensive Training Programme; Graduates will rotate across our various Business Units including Agribusiness, Consumer Foods, Dairy Ingredients and Marts, where they will gain exposure to the Finance operations in the individual business units.
