Job summary

The Dains Group in Dublin is looking for an Audit Trainee to start the ACA/ACCA training path and grow into a Chartered Accountant.

You will work on audits across sectors, learn risk assessment, testing of financial controls, and become confident in delivering assurance to clients.

Qualifications

• Six Leaving Certificate subjects with strong English, Maths and Irish (112 UCAS points).
• 2:1 honours degree or predicted.
• Eligibility to work in the Republic of Ireland.

Responsibilities

• Assist with audits of client accounting records and controls.
• Learn risk assessment and testing of financial systems.
• Develop understanding to provide assurance to clients.
• Participate in ACCA/ACA training.

Our Audit Team:

Our audit team know it's all about building trust with clients. As part of our Audit team, you'll examine company accounts, test financial systems, and ensure businesses are presenting a true and fair view of their performance. You'll learn how to assess risk, verify transactions, and provide assurance that helps clients meet regulatory requirements and make informed decisions.

In audit you will work across a wide range of various sectors, giving you the exposure to allow you to work independently.
