Qualifications

• ACA/ACCA qualification required.
• Experience in a medium to large accountancy practice.
• Experience at Audit Senior level.
• Strong audit and financial reporting knowledge.
• Experience supervising audits and client relationships.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building ability.
• Collaborative approach within a team.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Experience mentoring junior staff.
• Experience handling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient IT and systems knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality audit assignments across a varied client portfolio.
• Maintain audit quality standards and consistent engagement approach.
• Manage audit assignments and optimise department resources.
• Develop and maintain client relationships; act as main contact.
• Contribute to departmental and firm-wide objectives (chargeable hours, billing, service targets).
• Mentor and support junior staff through coaching and development.
• Collaborate with Audit, Financial Advisory, Tax and other teams.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within audit.
• Assist management with project planning, execution, and deadlines.
