Job summary

GPC Finance in Dublin City Centre is seeking an experienced Audit & Accounts Manager to manage a diverse client portfolio, lead audit engagements, and mentor staff. You will oversee deliverables, ensure compliance with accounting standards, and drive client relationships.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with 5+ years in Irish accountancy practice, with strong audit and accounts experience.
• Proven ability to lead audits from planning through to completion and to develop junior staff.
• Strong knowledge of Irish GAAP, FRS 102 and Companies Act requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of audit and accounts clients and act as the primary contact for key stakeholders.
• Review and sign off on audit and accounts assignments while managing risk.
• Lead, mentor and develop Audit Seniors and junior team members.
• Oversee portfolio profitability, including WIP, billing and opportunities for new business.
