Job summary

Berkley Group in Limerick is seeking an experienced Audit Manager to join on a permanent basis. The role is hybrid, working with Partners, Directors and wider teams to deliver high-quality audits across various sectors.

You will manage engagements, oversee billing and cash collection, and mentor junior staff while upholding audit methodology and accounting standards. A professional accountancy qualification with PQE around five years is expected.

Qualifications

• Approx. 5 years post-qualification audit experience, preferably in medium or large practice.
• Strong audit and technical accounting skills with commercial focus.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to influence and build credibility with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Strong organisational skills with multi-priority management.
• Experience mentoring junior and newly qualified staff.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of audit clients across a variety of commercial sectors, ensuring high-quality service delivery.

Have you:

• A professional accountancy qualification with approximately 5 years' post-qualification experience, ideally within a medium or large practice.
