Job summary

HireIQ, based in Dublin City Centre, is seeking an experienced Audit Manager for a hybrid role. You will manage audit engagements from planning through to completion and oversee a portfolio of Irish SME clients, supporting junior team development.

The role requires ACA/ACCA qualification, 3+ years post-qualification experience, and strong SME audit experience gained outside the Big 4. You will mentor staff and ensure timely, budget-conscious delivery.

Qualifications

• ACA or ACCA qualified.
• Minimum of three years' post-qualified experience.
• Strong Irish practice and SME audit experience.
• Experience gained outside the Big 4.
• Previous experience managing audit engagements and teams.
