Sigmar Recruitment is seeking an experienced Audit and Accounts Senior in Dublin on a hybrid basis. You will manage a varied portfolio of SME clients, delivering audit, accounts preparation and tax compliance while developing your technical accounting and client management skills.

Qualifications

• Three+ years’ experience in an accountancy practice, with external audit and accounts preparation.
• ACA, ACCA or CPA qualification, or significant progress toward professional qualification.
• Experience with SME clients and ability to manage audits.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage audit assignments from start to finish.
• Perform audit fieldwork and resolve review points.
• Prepare statutory accounts and financial statements for SME clients.
• Handle client queries with clear communication.
• Assist with corporation and personal tax compliance.
• Review junior staff work and ensure deadlines.
• Contribute to timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
• Develop technical accounting and client management skills.
