Strata Financial exists for one type of client: the SME owner who has built something real and needs an advisory partner who understands what that journey takes. Supporting owner-managed and growing businesses isn't a division of our business, it is the foundation of everything we do. Our ambition is to be the first-choice advisory partner for ambitious SMEs across Ireland. We're an Irish-owned, founder-led firm. Over the last four years, Strata Financial has experienced significant growth, becoming a Top 20 firm in 2023 and winning Employer of the Year at the Irish Accountancy Awards in 2024. Those milestones reflect the progress we've made so far, but we're just getting started. What sets us apart SME specialists - every service we provide is designed around the needs of owner-managed and growing businesses. Founder-led culture - direct access to senior leadership and faster decision-making than in larger firms. Opportunity to shape the future - contribute to how we develop our systems, client experience and culture. Flexible working hours - start any time between 8am and 10am (build your working day around what suits you best).
