Web Summit is seeking a dedicated attendee support specialist to assist our attendees across email, live chat, and social channels, ensuring a seamless journey from purchase to feedback collection.
You will collaborate with marketing, content teams and engineers to translate feedback into actionable improvements while upholding company policies.

Attendee product support is at the forefront of the company, delivering an excellent customer experience to our attendees. We’re present at every part of the attendee journey, from buying tickets to collecting feedback on the event experience.
