Eurofins Scientific is seeking an Associate Scientist to join our Finished Product Chemistry Team in Dungarvan, Ireland. This 12-month temporary contract focuses on quality control testing of pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical products, ensuring compliance with predefined quality and safety standards.

You will perform routine analyses, maintain rigorous documentation, and contribute to continuous improvement projects while adhering to GMP guidelines and SOPs.

Qualifications

• 2 years GMP finished product testing experience.
• Experience with HPLC testing.
• Excellent documentation and GMP knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and non-routine analysis with accuracy and efficiency.
• Complete test records on time, ensuring compliance with SOPs and regulatory standards.
• Identify opportunities for quality and service improvement; contribute to continuous improvement projects.
• Adhere to GMP guidelines and internal quality standards; ensure all activities are documented and traceable.
• Participate in Root Cause Analysis and prepare Exception reports.
• Gain proficiency in assigned tests/areas of testing; maintain training records.
• Provide training to colleagues in techniques/tests where competency is proven.
• Provide cover for colleagues as required.
• Participate in weekend rota, overtime, and On-Call/Call-out schedules.
• Ensure customer requirements.

We currently have a vacancy for an Associate Scientist to join our Finished Product Chemistry Team in Dungarvan.
