Job summary

RED is seeking a fully experienced Associate to lead major MeP projects from our Dublin or Cork offices. The role requires chartered status or equivalent, and a strong background in building services design and project management.

Qualifications

• BSc/BEng in appropriate engineering discipline or equivalent experience.
• Chartered Engineer status or equivalent.
• Significant experience in design for building services (MEP).
• Knowledge of health and safety issues and legislation.
• Experience with invoicing and credit control.

Responsibilities

• Run major projects and lead design and coordination of building services.
• Prepare cost and fee bids and monitor project profitability.
• Provide client liaison and present at technical meetings.
• Ensure compliance with standards and regulations; manage project progress and reporting.
