About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Electrical Engineer who is now ready to take the step into an Associate-level leadership role. You will support the growth of our Building Services team, provide technical and commercial leadership, and act as a trusted advisor to clients across a range of complex building projects.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering excellence in electrical design, project delivery, team development, and strategic client engagement. This is a career-progression role with a defined path to Associate within the first year.

Key Projects You Will Lead in 2026

• Urban Co-Living Development in Central Dublin: leadership of a pioneering residential scheme transforming a key cultural district in the heart of the city, integrating modern co‑living design within a historically significant urban setting.
• Major Post-Primary Educational Campus: oversight of a high‑capacity secondary school development in a suburban Dublin location, delivering cutting‑edge facilities to support over 1,000 students, with emphasis on sustainability and future‑ready infrastructure.
• Boutique City Centre Hotel Project: delivery of a landmark hospitality development in a prime Dublin location, combining contemporary design with heritage‑led architectural integration for an upscale guest experience.

Skills & Experience Required

• 8+ years building services design experience in consultancy (Irish or UK experience preferred)
• Chartered Engineer or working towards Chartership with EI / IET / equivalent
• Thorough understanding of Irish Building Regulations, HTM/HBN and applicable EU standards
• Confident communicator with the ability to represent the practice to clients and project partners
• Ambition to progress into business leadership while maintaining technical excellence
