Job summary

Brightwater Recruitment is seeking an experienced financial advisor to manage and grow a client portfolio in Ireland. You will deliver tailored wealth management advice and build strong referral networks with stakeholders across the business.

The ideal candidate has 4–5 years in financial advice, deep knowledge of investments, pensions and protection, and holds a QFA qualification with CFP progress desirable. A proactive, client-focused approach is essential.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years’ experience in financial advice or wealth management.
• Strong knowledge of investments, pensions and protection.
• QFA qualified; CFP or progress towards CFP desirable.
• Proven client relationship and business development experience.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Commercially minded, proactive and client-focused.
• Well organised with a strong understanding of regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop long-term client relationships.
• Provide tailored financial and wealth management advice.
• Manage and grow an existing client portfolio.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Build strong internal and external referral networks.
• Support complex client solutions and collaborate with key stakeholders.
• Ensure a strong focus on client service, risk and regulatory requirements.
