Brightwater Recruitment in Ireland seeks an experienced sales professional to manage and develop relationships with high-net-worth clients. You will contact qualified leads, arrange client meetings and conduct face-to-face and virtual meetings.

You will identify new business and investment opportunities, build a strong sales pipeline, and work with internal teams to support onboarding and retention. A proven track record in wealth management and consultative selling is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in financial services, wealth management or a related sales environment.
• Proven track record of generating new business.
• Experience working with high-net-worth clients.
• Strong consultative sales and closing skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

Responsabilités

• Manage and develop relationships with high-net-worth clients and prospects.
• Contact qualified leads and arrange client meetings.
• Conduct face-to-face and virtual client meetings.
• Identify new business and investment opportunities.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
• Develop long-term client relationships.
