Job summary

SYSTRA is seeking an experienced Development Planner at Associate level in Ireland, based in Dublin or Cork. You will manage and deliver transport planning services for diverse developments, while growing the business through client relationships and proposal activities.

Hybrid working is available with a strong focus on excellence and collaboration. You will coordinate with private and public sector clients, prepare planning documentation, and oversee project finances and junior staff.

Qualifications

• Honours degree in Civil Engineering, Geography, or equivalent.
• Experience of preparing Transport Statements, Transport Assessments, Travel Plans, ES Transport Chapters, Construction Management Plans and Delivery and Servicing Plans.
• Ideally Chartered with a professional institution or working towards.

Responsibilities

• Management of development planning projects with varying complexities.
• Dealing directly with private and public sector clients on a day-to-day basis.
• Preparing transport documentation for planning applications.
• Financial management of projects, including monthly reviews, budgeting and invoicing.
• Line management of junior staff including resourcing and performance reviews.
• Assist with tender proposal delivery.
