MSD is seeking an Associate Director, Digital Operations, to lead the transformation from traditional BI to a robust data foundation. You will drive data engineering, build WebApps for POC, and deploy agentic AI models across the clinical and commercial supply chain.

You will collaborate with stakeholders in development sciences, supply chain, and manufacturing, utilizing Databricks, Python, and modern DevOps practices to deliver scalable, secure data solutions.

Formación

• Strong Python and SQL skills.
• Hands-on Databricks Lakehouse, Delta Lake and Unity Catalog experience.
• Agile/Scrum experience with Jira Cloud and Confluence.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and optimize scalable data pipelines and architectures.
• Develop custom WebApps for Proof-of-Concept solutions later industrialized in React Platform.
• Design agentic AI workflows and machine learning models to automate decision-making.
• Collaborate with data architects to ensure scalable data models supporting analytical and transactional workloads.
• Document processes, code, data models, and system architectures; train end-users on new tech.
