Qualifications

• Qualified Accountant with ACA/ACCA/CPA or equivalent.
• Minimum 8 years post-qualification experience in a multinational.
• Strong experience in financial reporting, governance, and audit management.
• Proven track record meeting strict corporate reporting deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly and quarterly financial reporting for Irish entities under SEC US GAAP.
• Present results and insights to Global Finance Leadership.
• Oversee reconciliations, journals, SOX compliance, and controls.
• Coordinate Irish tax compliance and statutory reporting under IFRS.
• Direct internal and external audits and address findings.
• Drive internal control frameworks and governance standards.
• Partner with Tax and Accounting teams on regulatory requirements.
• Support process transformation and automation initiatives.
