Job summary

RAD Search seeks an experienced Senior Interior Architect for a luxury residential design studio in Dublin, delivering bespoke private homes across Ireland and internationally.

You will manage multiple schemes from concept through to construction, leading client and consultant collaborations and developing creative design concepts with detailed technical drawings and joinery, kitchens, bathrooms, lighting, finishes and furniture specifications.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of luxury residential interior experience.
• Experience leading multiple projects from concept through to completion.
• Strong design and technical detailing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead several high-end schemes simultaneously from concept to construction.
• Develop creative design concepts and detailed technical drawing packages.
• Coordinate joinery design, space planning, kitchens, bathrooms, lighting, finishes and furniture.
• Present designs to clients and run design reviews.
• Attend site meetings across Ireland with occasional international travel.
• Mentor junior designers and resolve technical issues during construction.

An exciting opportunity is now live for an experienced Senior Interior Architect to join a highly respected luxury residential design studio in Dublin as they continue to deliver an exceptional portfolio of bespoke private homes across Ireland and internationally.

RAD Search are working in partnership with a leading client in Ireland, who’s work is recognised for creating beautifully considered interiors, with projects ranging from prestigious private residences throughout Ireland to high-end homes in across Europe. With a growing pipeline of work, they are looking to strengthen their senior design team with an experienced Interior Architect capable of leading multiple projects from concept through to completion.

Role

This position is suited to a Senior Interior Architect with at least 5 years' experience delivering luxury residential projects. You'll take ownership of several high-end schemes simultaneously, working closely with clients, architects, consultants and contractors to ensure each project is delivered to the highest design and technical standards.

You'll be involved throughout the full project lifecycle, developing creative design concepts, producing detailed technical drawing packages and coordinating projects through construction. The role will include bespoke joinery design, space planning, kitchens, bathrooms, lighting layouts, finishes and furniture specification, alongside regular client presentations and design reviews.

You'll also attend site meetings across Ireland, with occasional travel to international projects, coordinating closely with consultants, suppliers and specialist contractors to maintain design quality throughout delivery. Previous experience resolving technical issues during construction and mentoring junior designers would be highly beneficial.

Software

AutoCAD proficiency is essential.

Salary

€53,000 - €67,000.
