Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in retail or customer-facing role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Support daily store operations and ensure consistent customer experience.
• Drive sales performance through effective team training and coaching.
• Maintain visual merchandising and stock presentation standards.
• Assist in inventory control, cash handling, and compliance with store policies.
• Lead and motivate staff, stepping in for the Store Manager as needed.
• Uphold health, safety, and company standards, including opening and closing procedures.
