Job summary

Red Chair Recruitment are seeking an experienced Store Manager for a busy North Dublin retail store. You will lead day-to-day operations, drive exceptional customer service, and ensure smooth running across all departments including food and beverage.

The role requires strong leadership, rostering, stock control and HACCP compliance. Attractive salary €50,000–€55,000 per annum plus a performance bonus and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years Store Manager experience in a busy retail store.
• Strong leadership, communication, organisation and time management.
• Flexible roster including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Customer-focused with ability to manage a team and stock control.
• HACCP trained and Level 1/2 Food Safety completed.

Red Chair Recruitment are currently accepting applications for an experienced Store Manager for our well established clients in North Dublin.

The main responsibilities for this role will be to manage the everyday service and operations for a retail store offering exceptional customer service and assisting customers with their requirements. You will be assisting and managing all departments with all aspects of managing a busy store with food and beverage offerings and ensure the smooth running of the business.

REQUIREMENTS

• 3+ Years Store Manager experience within a busy retail store considered an advantage
• Excellent Leadership, Communication, Organisation and Time Management skills
• Flexible attitude to roster as role involves mornings, afternoons and evenings, weekends and bank holidays on a rotation basis
• Customer orientated and willing to assist and enhance the customer experience
• Ability to manage a team and work on your own initiative
• Experience with managing, stock control, stock taking and rostering
• HACCP trained and Level 1&2 Food Safety completed

PACKAGE ON OFFER

• Competitive Hourly rate of between €50,000 – €55,000 Per Annum dependent on experience and qualifications
