Job summary

Skechers is hiring an Assistant Store Manager for our Kildare Village location. You will support the Store Manager in daily operations, mentor staff, and ensure sales targets are met while maintaining excellent customer service and store presentation.

Qualifications

• Requires prior Supervisor/Assistant Manager level experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills; able to organize and manage teams.
• Flexible to work a dynamic schedule.
• Excellent interpersonal, decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to perform store floor activities and lift/move goods.

Responsibilities

• Assist the store manager in overseeing daily activities.
• Mentor and supervise store employees as directed.
• Take full responsibility when the Store Manager is absent.
• Collaborate on merchandising, customer service and HR tasks.
• Prepare daily operation reports and assist in recruitment and sales planning.
• Maintain inventory levels and ensure health and safety compliance.
• Keep the store visually appealing and resolve customer issues promptly.
• Support clients and troubleshoot store operations as needed.
• Contribute to store sales targets and performance metrics.
• Perform other tasks as directed by management.
