Responsibilities

• Support the store manager in daily activities and operations.
• Mentor and supervise staff as directed by the Store Manager.
• Step in for the Store Manager when needed to manage store operations.
• Collaborate on merchandising, customer service, HR, and sales strategies.
• Help maintain inventory, health and safety compliance, and store aesthetics.
• Assist in recruitment, reporting, and achieving sales targets.
