Skechers Ireland is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our Whitewater, Newbridge location. You will support daily store operations, mentor staff, and step in for the Store Manager when needed.

• Experience at Supervisor/Assistant Manager level

Responsibilities

• Assist the store manager in overseeing daily activities
• Mentor and supervise store staff
• Take full responsibility in the store manager's absence
• Collaborate on merchandising, customer service and HR
• Report daily operations and assist in recruitment and sales strategies
• Maintain inventory levels and compliance with health and safety laws
• Ensure the store remains welcoming and address customer issues promptly
• Support customers and troubleshoot as needed
• Contribute to achieving store sales targets
• Perform additional tasks as directed by senior management
