Harvey Norman Ireland is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to work alongside the Store Manager, driving sales performance and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will lead a high-performing team, coach and develop future leaders, manage stock and merchandising, and take ownership of day-to-day operations with accountability and collaboration at the core.

Experience in retail leadership, strong sales and customer service, and the ability to motivate others will be essential.

• Deputise for the Store Manager when required
