Job summary

Harvey Norman Ireland is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to work alongside the Store Manager to drive sales performance and deliver outstanding customer experiences. You will lead a high-performing team, coach talent, manage stock and merchandising, support recruitment and training, and stand in for the Store Manager when required.

This role requires retail leadership, strong sales focus and a passion for service, with a proactive, collaborative approach.
