Sports Direct in Ireland seeks an experienced Floor/Department Manager to lead store teams, deliver a world-class customer experience, and maintain our brand standards across sales floors.

You will motivate colleagues, provide on-the-spot feedback, drive performance, and support visual merchandising while promoting Growth through ongoing development opportunities.

• You will be fundamental in achieving results and going beyond set goals, driving store performance to its maximum potential across the floors.
• Lead the team to ensure they are efficient in always following best practice to support the delivery of commercial goals and brand knowledge.
