Job summary

Sports Direct in Ireland is seeking an experienced Floor/Department Manager to lead store floors, deliver a world-class customer experience, and drive team performance. You will develop merchandising, oversee operations, and motivate colleagues through on-the-spot feedback and rewards.

The Rewards include a Basic salary of €41,500 per annum, pension, bonuses, and store discounts—join a growth-focused team that values ambition and customer excellence.

• Lead the team to ensure they are efficient in always following best practice to support the delivery of commercial goals and brand knowledge.
