Radisson Blu Hotel & Spa, Limerick is seeking an Assistant Spa Manager to lead our spa and leisure operation with a strong focus on commercial performance and guest experience. You will work closely with the Spa & Leisure Manager to drive revenue across treatments, memberships and retail while ensuring outstanding service and team development.

Responsibilities

• Support the Spa & Leisure Manager with day-to-day department management.
• Help drive revenue across spa treatments, packages, memberships and retail.
• Monitor bookings, occupancy, sales performance and targets.
• Identify opportunities to improve treatment-room utilisation and revenue.
• Develop and deliver promotions, seasonal packages and commercial initiatives.
• Build strong relationships with guests, members, corporate clients, suppliers and partners.
• Lead, motivate and support the Spa and Leisure team to meet service and commercial goals.
• Assist with recruitment, induction, training and performance development.
• Prepare team rosters reflecting business levels and operations.
• Maintain visible management presence during busy periods.
• Ensure guests receive a warm, personalised and professional experience.
• Respond to feedback, resolve concerns promptly.
• Support stock control, purchasing, displays and inventory.
• Monitor costs and contribute to budget and reporting.
• Ensure treatment rooms, leisure facilities and public areas meet standards.
• Maintain hygiene, health and safety and procedures.
• Deputise for the Spa & Leisure Manager when required.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Front Office to promote the spa.
