Job summary

Radisson Blu Hotel & Spa, Limerick is seeking a commercially focused Spa & Leisure Centre Manager to lead our Spa and Leisure operation with hands-on leadership. You will drive revenue, oversee spa, gym and reception teams, and ensure exceptional guest and member experiences.

You will build strong relationships with guests, members and external partners, develop a robust commercial plan and uphold highest standards of safety and service.

Qualifications

• Previous management experience in a hotel spa or leisure facility.
• Broad knowledge of spa, leisure, fitness and membership operations.
• Qualified in spa therapy, fitness, or leisure management would be advantageous.
• Experience managing budgets, payroll, memberships, retail or sales targets.
• Proven ability to lead and develop a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong people-management and relationship-building skills.
• Health and safety, risk management and compliance understanding.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day management of Spa and Leisure Centre.
• Drive revenue through treatments, memberships and retail.
• Develop and deliver a commercial plan for the department.
• Monitor performance, bookings, and departmental targets.
• Recruit, lead and develop a high-performing team.
• Prepare effective rosters reflecting demand and operations.
• Ensure guest and member care meets high standards.
• Manage budgets, payroll, and costs.
• Maintain health, safety and cleanliness standards.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to promote the offering.
