You will support the Store Manager, coach staff, drive KPI performance and sales, maintain visual standards, and assist with recruitment, onboarding and training. You will build lasting customer relationships in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager with day-to-day store operations.
• Lead, motivate and develop a team to deliver exceptional customer service.

• Create a premium customer experience and build lasting customer relationships.
• Coach team members to improve performance.
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, training and performance management.
• Maintain visual merchandising and store standards.
• Assist with stock management, loss prevention and operational processes.
• Deputise for the Store Manager when required.
