Zachary Daniels is recruiting for a Store Manager in Kildare. You will lead a busy store, drive sales and KPI targets, and develop a high-performing team to deliver outstanding customer service.

Qualifications

• Previous Store Manager or Assistant Manager experience within retail.
• A strong commercial mindset with a proven track record of achieving KPIs and sales targets.
• Excellent leadership, coaching and people management skills.
• A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
• Confident working with sales figures, KPIs and performance data.
• Highly organised, proactive and hands-on in your management approach.
• Someone who can inspire a team while maintaining high standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and motivate a team to achieve and exceed sales and KPI targets.
• Take full ownership of store performance, including sales, conversion, ATV and UPT.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and build strong customer relationships.
• Recruit, onboard, train and develop team members.
• Manage rotas, payroll, holidays and day-to-day people management.
• Maintain excellent visual merchandising and company standards.
• Oversee stock levels, deliveries, replenishment and stock loss.
• Analyse commercial performance and implement action plans to maximise sales.
• Ensure company policies, procedures and health & safety standards are consistently followed.
• Create an engaging and inclusive store environment where the team can thrive.
