Lead by example, develop the team through recruitment and training, manage stock and visual merchandising, and foster a fast-paced, fashion-focused shopping environment. Salary up to €37,000 plus bonus and benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience as Assistant Manager or senior supervisor in footwear or fashion retail.
• Proven ability to drive KPIs and sales against targets.
• Strong customer service and product knowledge in fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in the day to day running of a busy footwear retail store.
• Drive sales performance and consistently achieve key KPIs.
• Lead by example in delivering outstanding customer service and product knowledge.
• Maintain excellent visual merchandising standards in line with current trends.
• Support recruitment, training, and development of the store team.
• Ensure stock control, replenishment, and store operations are executed efficiently.
• Create an engaging and energetic shopping environment that reflects a trend-led brand.
