Responsibilities

• Implement planograms correctly and ensure correct range in store.
• Merchandise and present the store to high standards.

• Develop and promote communication between employees and management in a safe, inclusive environment.
• Support Store Manager in training and smooth running of the store.
• Manage employee performance with regular feedback and recognition.
• Handle customer queries professionally and in line with store policy.
• Understand how to achieve margins in all departments.
• Engage with new initiatives and adapt to new ways of working.
