Zachary Daniels in Dublin is seeking an energetic Assistant Manager for a busy footwear retailer. You will support the Store Manager, drive sales, and deliver outstanding customer service while keeping pace with the latest footwear trends.

Lead by example, develop the team through recruitment and training, manage stock and visual merchandising, and foster a fast-paced, fashion-focused shopping environment. Salary up to €37,000 plus bonus and benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience as Assistant Manager or senior supervisor in footwear or fashion retail.
• Proven ability to drive KPIs and sales against targets.
• Strong customer service and product knowledge in fast-paced environment.
