Salary: EUR35000 - EUR45000 per annum + Commission, Overtime

Are you an ambitious retail leader with a strong track record in driving sales, leading teams, and delivering exceptional customer service? Our client, one of Ireland's leading retailers, is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the leadership of a busy, high‑performing sales department in West Dublin. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Retail Manager looking to take the next step in their management career within a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.

We are keen to speak with candidates from high‑ticket retail sectors such as consumer electronics, computers, telecommunications, furniture, appliances, flooring, kitchens, home improvement, mobile phones, or other consultative sales environments.

About You:

• Previous experience as an Assistant Manager, Department Manager, Floor Manager, Team Leader, or Supervisor


• Strong commercial awareness with a proven ability to drive sales and team performance


• Experience managing KPIs, targets, and customer service standards


• A confident leader who enjoys coaching and developing others


• Background in high‑value or consultative retail sales is highly desirable


• Ambitious, energetic, and looking for long-term career progression
