Job summary

Michael Page International (Ireland) Limited seeks an ambitious Assistant Accountant / Assistant Management Accountant to join a growing Dublin-based professional services firm. You will work closely with senior leadership and the Finance Director to support day-to-day finance, management reporting and business performance initiatives.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in finance or accounts.
• Part-qualified ACCA/CIMA or studying towards.
• Proficient in Excel and accounting software.
• Excellent organisational and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Handle invoicing, accounts payable, reconciliations, and credit control.
• Support monthly management accounts, reporting and analysis.
• Assist budgeting, forecasting and cashflow reporting.
• Monitor project profitability and performance metrics.
• Maintain financial records using Xero and QuickBooks.
• Suggest process improvements and controls.
• Provide financial support to senior leadership and teams.
• Assist with ad hoc commercial analysis as the business grows.
