Finn Lough, hiring through Hosco in Pettigo, is seeking an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to lead the housekeeping team and uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort for guests. You will support the Housekeeping Manager and oversee daily operations, ensuring rooms and public areas meet presentation standards.

Live-in relocation is possible; if living locally, some transport may be required.

• Experience in a supervisory role in Housekeeping.

Responsibilities

• Assist in supervising housekeeping team, ensure daily tasks meet highest standards.
• Inspect rooms, public areas and laundry facilities for quality control.
• Train and mentor staff to uphold cleanliness and service levels.
• Collaborate with maintenance to address issues promptly.
• Monitor stocks of cleaning supplies and linen; place orders as needed.
• Oversee laundry services and ensure timely guest turnover.
• Assist with staff scheduling to maintain coverage and control costs.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Respond to guest requests and resolve issues efficiently.
