Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies seeks an Assistant Counter Manager in Ireland to lead and coach a team of Sales Associates, driving sales, service excellence, and operational standards in a prestige beauty environment.

You will partner with the Store Manager to deliver outstanding guest experiences, manage inventory, POS systems, and event execution, while fostering a high-performance team culture across store hours.

Qualifications

• Proven retail experience preferably within cosmetics.
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
• Previous supervisory experience with a proven track record of coaching/mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets.
• Retail operations experience including inventory management and cash reconciliation.
• Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events in a fast-paced work environment.
• Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
