Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies is seeking an Assistant Counter Manager to support the Store Manager in leading and developing a team of Sales Associates. You will coach staff to achieve sales, service and operational targets in a fast-paced cosmetics environment.

The role requires proven supervisory skills, a passion for coaching others, and experience with retail operations, inventory control and cash reconciliation. You will work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and events.
