Amphitheatre Ireland Limited operates the 3Arena in Dublin and is seeking an Event Manager to lead planning, execution and wrap-up of concerts and shows. You will act as the main on-site contact for promoters and production staff, ensuring events run safely, smoothly and profitably.

The role demands handling diverse live entertainment formats, managing large crowds and coordinating with security, ticketing, and local authorities.

Qualifications

• Experience in mid-to-large scale arena or venue operations.
• Ability to manage live events with varying formats and audiences.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety requirements for indoor events.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with security teams to meet rider requirements.
• Coordinate with ticketing staff to ensure correct ticket counts.
• Check seating maps and troubleshoot ticketing issues.
• Work with facilities and cleaning teams to maintain venue standards.
• Collaborate with authorities for crowd and traffic management.
• Produce risk assessments and post-show cost reports.
• Brief event-day personnel and act as on-site venue representative.
• Resolve seating issues and backstage/front-of-house bottlenecks.
