Job summary

The Louis Fitzgerald Group is seeking an experienced Area Manager to oversee and support the development of our Suburban Dublin pubs. You will lead multi-venue teams and drive sales, service standards and operational performance.

Based at our Head Office in Palmerstown with flexibility to travel across South Dublin venues, you will work evenings and weekends during key trading periods to maximise guest experience and local engagement.

• Strong Food & Beverage experience in pubs.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to improve service and local engagement.
• Support promotions, events and seasonal activity.
• Ensure licensing, food safety and health & safety compliance.
• Provide hands-on support to venues.

We are seeking an experienced and commercially focused Area Manager to oversee and support the business development of our Suburban Dublin Pubs within the Louis Fitzgerald Group.

A package of up to €80,000 plus bonus available for right candidate.

The Ideal Candidate

• Strong Food & Beverage experience in pubs
• 10 years experience working in the hospitality industry with strong knowledge of Irish hospitality
• A strong track record in improving standards, service and operational performance
• A hands-on, practical and solutions-focused approach
• Flexibility to work across South Dublin venues, including evenings, weekends and key trading periods when required

You will know how to get the best from General Managers and their teams, creating a culture of accountability, support and high standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Leading, coaching and developing management teams and wider venue teams
• Assisting venues in achieving agreed sales, labour, margin, stock and service targets
• Identifying opportunities to improve service, increase trade and strengthen local customer engagement
• Supporting promotions, events, seasonal activity and local business initiatives
• Ensuring compliance with licensing, food safety, health and safety, employment and company standards
• Provide hands-on support
